Return & Exchange Policy

Because each CRAFT garment is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

CRAFT apparel is printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, not traditional screen printing. DTG printing can create a softer, more integrated appearance in which some colors—especially lighter artwork printed on darker garments—may appear less opaque than traditional screen-printed ink. This is an intentional characteristic of the printing process and is not considered a defect.

We will replace or refund items that arrive with a clear manufacturing or printing defect, including: a graphic printed substantially out of position, missing portions of the artwork, smearing, an obvious double print, damaged fabric, or garment seams that are coming apart.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue. Approved claims will be handled at our discretion through replacement or refund.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
